I understand the importance of finding just the right home to meet
your needs or sell a house that is not currently working for you and
I believe the most important attributes of an agent are listening,
understanding, pricing, and marketing. My buyers have told me that I
walk through the houses with them, rather than overlooking their
concerns. I help buyers, especially the first timers, understand the
process from beginning to end. I help my sellers to realize the
potential in selling at the right price by test marketing and reverse
prospecting. Just these few things are essential to happy buyers and
sellers and lead to repeat business.
My areas of expertise include Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Roscoe Village
and the surrounding neighborhoods. Chicagoland is vast and I have expert
knowledge in many of the surrounding suburbs as well. Having lived in
many neighborhoods provides me great insight and makes me an ideal
choice to help you.
Originally from Michigan, my background is in international business
and my formal education is in business management. I have a very strong
sense of values and ethics which led me to become a proud member of the
National, Illinois, and Chicago Associations of REALTORS®.
I pride myself on being honest and taking the time to listen to my
clients. Knowing that I can be there to help them find the dream home
they have been looking for, or sell the house that is no longer working
for their family, is what I love most about my career in real estate.
Some of my hobbies include taking my dog to the dog parks, taking in a
Cub’s game, cooking, wine tasting, volunteering for RVN (Roscoe Village
Neighbors), and seeking out great Chicago restaurants.
